Refund Policy

At MicroSearch we strive to make sure you, our valued customer, are 100% satisfied with every purchase you make from us.

Most products sold online through our ecommerce division are either in-stock or are readily available for prompt delivery to you. For items that are not in stock (and including custom built systems) we will provide you an estimate for the time to fulfill your order. If, at this time, you choose to cancel your order due to availability, we will immediately refund any payments we have received from you for such items. (We do not use the common practice of holding payments for products that are not immediately available.)

Products purchased from our website may be returned for 100% refund or exchange within five days of customer receiving said products. This excludes the following purchases which are non-refundable:

  • Opened software
  • Custom-built, turnkey computer & video-editing systems
  • Special-order items*

All returns must be received in original, resalable condition.

For your protection and that of MicroSearch, we include insurance in the shipping cost of all online orders. We recommend that customers purchase insurance when returning any items to us as well.

*Special-order items are non-stockable items which cannot be returned to the manufacturer. If your order includes any special-order item, we will notify you before completing the transaction, and provide you the opportunity to cancel your order and receive an immediate refund of any payments we have received from you.

Our ecommerce division is provided as a service by MicroSearch for your convenience. However, please feel free to speak to a sales representative by phone if we can provide addional assistance or answer any questions you may have.
